I developed and executed a 12-month multi-pillar content strategy for Chesamel (a Google Partner) that aligned with its core business offering of total transformation across four key areas: digital, sustainability, marketing, and workforce.
Part of creating a seamless content arm to fortify its go-to-market offering involved creating compelling client personas, shaping messaging to address specific business challenges, and translating complex consulting propositions into clear, commercially relevant narratives across all customer touchpoints.
The specifications of my role encompassed thought leadership, outreach, and business development content, including long-form articles, outreach emails, internal and external newsletter content, and sales materials such as credentials, sales, and proposal decks. Moreover, I designed press releases to support brand communications and external visibility, ensuring consistency across marketing and sales messaging.
This established a more cohesive and scalable approach to Chesamel's content engine, elevating the consultancy's B2B content from isolated outputs with unclear benefits and outcomes to an integral part of a highly-connected marketing ecosystem. It reflects my ability to operate across strategy and execution, develop audience-informed messaging that supports positioning, engagement, and commercial objectives, and, significantly, reinforce the value of B2B content to effective marketing strategy.
